Tracey Anderson - Metamorphosis Hipcentric - Transform 1-20

Today I did Tracey Anderson's Metamorphosis Hipcentric Transform 1-10 & 11-20.

My heart rate monitor registers 200 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 114 with a peak at 145.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
