PeakFit - Cardio Strength 2 AND Personal Training with Jackie - Crunch-Free Xtreme Abs


Today I did PeakFit Cardio Strength 2 and Personal Training with Jackie Crunch Free Extreme Abs.

My heart rate monitor registers 750 calories burnt while doing this workout (540 from Peakfit and 210 from Crunch Free Abs).

It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 152 with a peak at 191.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
