Cathe Friedrich - Cross Fire



Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Cross Fire.

My heart rate monitor registers 597 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 55 minutes and my heart rate averages at 171 with a peak at 197.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, loop resistance band, resistance band and paper plates.
