Today I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness Your Best Body (both workouts) and Cathe Friedrich HIIT 40/20.
My heart rate monitor registers 516 calories burnt while doing this workout (290 from Your Best Body and 226 from HIIT 40/20).
It runs for 100 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 184.
