Today I did Michael Olajide's Aero Jump/Sculpt and Global Cycling Network's Burn Fat Fast Spin Class and High Intensity Indoor Spin Class.
My
heart rate monitor registers 750 calories burnt while doing this
workout (380 from Aero Jump/Sculpt and 240 from Burn Fat Fast Spin Class and 130 from High Intensity Indoor Spin Class).
It runs for 105 minutes and my heart rate averages at 143 with a peak at 190.
Equipment needed for this workout is a jump rope (optional) and set of hand weights (Aero Jump/Sculpt) and a spin bike is required for the spin classes.
