Kelly Coffey-Meyer - 30 Minutes to Fitness Bootcamp


Today I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness Bootcamp (both workouts).
 
My heart rate monitor registers 433 calories burnt while doing this workout.
 
It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 146 with a peak at 176.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
