Studio Sweat - Straight Up Spin

 
Today I did Studio Sweat on Demands' Straight Up Spin.

My heart rate monitor registers 519 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 156 with a peak at 192.

Equipment needed for this workout is a spin bike.
