My heart rate monitor registers 815 calories burnt while doing this workout (525 from Xtrain Ride and 290 from Fusion).
It runs for 100 minutes and my heart rate averages at 151 with a peak at 195.
Equipment needed for this workout is a spin bike (Xtrain Ride) and a set of hand weights and a stability ball is required for Fusion.
