Today I did Michelle Dozois Peak 10 Cardio Interval Remix and Kelly Coffey-Meyer 30 Minutes to Fitness Weights.
My heart rate monitor registers 730 calories burnt while doing this workout (560 from Cardio Interval Burn Remix and 170 from Weights).
It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 149 with a peak at 186.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a towel (Weights) and no equipment is required for Cardio Interval Burn Remix.
