Cathe Friedrich - To the Max AND PopPhysique - Cardio Butt School


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's To the Max and PopPhysique's Cardio Butt School.

My heart rate monitor registers 624 calories burnt while doing this workout (470 from To the Max and 154 from Cardio Butt School).

It runs for 93 minutes and my heart rate averages at 140 with a peak at 192.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, step and loop resistance band (To the Max) and hand weights and a chair is required for Cardio Butt School.
