PeakFit - Pure Strength 2



Today I did PeakFit Pure Strength 2.

My heart rate monitor registers 260 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 125 with a peak at 169.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and resistance band.
